Delivery Timeline

Most data orders are submitted shortly after Paystack confirms payment and are normally delivered within 1–10 minutes.

Possible delays

Network congestion, supplier maintenance, recipient eligibility checks and temporary provider downtime can extend delivery. Keep the order reference and use Track Order for the latest status.

Status meanings

Submitted/Processing: the order is with the supplier or network.
Delivered: fulfilment was confirmed.
Failed: delivery could not be completed and refund review applies.

Please contact support if an order remains unresolved beyond the expected period.
